Drunk driving

A boy who was going to prom with a girl. She was in a car with an intoxicated driver and was in an accident.
What is the main message presented in the PSA?
Don't drunk drive.
What technique(s) are utilized by the PSA creator in promoting the message?
The video was sad, there was music that made it seem more sad as well.

It is very effective because you felt sad while watching the video and thought about it when watching.

It doesn't really affect me personally, because it's not a topic that I am involved in.
